Jack Nicklaus’ approach to golf course design is one of personal involvement and sensitivity to nature. “When I become involved with a golf course project, my aim is to make it the best it can be. I use whatever outstanding natural features exist, and Barrington has lots of them, to create a distinctive golfing experience for players of all skill levels.

Considering the natural beauty of site, the expertise of my organization and my complete commitment to its design and quality, I believe Barrington will become one of the country’s outstanding golf courses—certainly one of Northern Ohio’s finest.”
